In Loving Memory of Carla June Edelmann

Carla June Edelmann, 87, born on August 26, 1937 living in Gillette, Wyoming, passed away peacefully at the Westview Health Care Center on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. She was born in Texas to Athie Mathis and Opal (Mathers) Mathis.

Carla was predeceased by her husband, Gary Edelmann, with whom she shared over 50 wonderful years of marriage. She is survived by their granddaughter, Hope Kay Edelmann, whom she lovingly raised as her own child. Together, Carla and Gary established an auto parts store that became a trusted resource for the residents of Rice, Texas, fulfilling all their automotive needs.

Known affectionately by her nickname, Tiny, Carla was a spirited and loving woman, with a personality that was anything but small. She was the best mother and grandmother to Hope and will be cherished and remembered with love always.

Champion Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements.
