We are sad to announce the passing of Carol “Joan” Webster, a resident of Sheridan, Wyoming. Joan entered this world January 14, 1947. She was born to Idel (Duke) Crall and Lloyd Crall in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She was the middle of four children. Her family moved to Dodge City, Kansas, where she attended the Kansas State Teacher’s College. While at the college, she met Robert Webster and they married on June 11, 1967. She had two children Robert and Jason. During their marriage, Joan lived in Des Moines, Iowa; Fort Collins, Colorado; and Billings, Montana. She moved to Sheridan, Wyoming, with her family in 1976 and resided in Sheridan ever since.She loved her friends and family. She loved, amongst other things, painting, racquetball, and musicals. She passed away in Billings, Montana on December 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Idel Crall. She is survived by her husband, two sons, 9 grandchildren, and many friends. A celebration will be held on June 11, 2019, in Sheridan, Wyoming.
