Cathy Jean Streeter, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Sheridan, WY at her residence with her family by her side. Cathy Jean Streeter passed away on September 9, 2020. She was born on June 21, 1955 to Clifford Harold Henson and Teresa Juaneta Henson. As an adult, she worked at K-Mart in receiving for 12 years unloading trucks. Cathy married her first husband James Michael Ragan in 1973 and together they had two daughters, Stacey Kathleen Ragan and Jennifer LaRae Ragan. Jim passed away in 1976. She later met Leemon Streeter Jr. He was her best friend and soulmate and they married in 1994. Lee and Cathy took over her dad\'s contract mail route after he retired in 1998. They picked up the mail in Sheridan, WY; Wyola, MT; Lodge Grass, MT; Garryowen, MT; and on into Billings, MT to unload. They then loaded up in Billings and made the same stops back to Sheridan. Lee and Cathy did the route together until Cathy became sick and was diagnosed with Vulvar cancer for the first time in 2008. Lee was right by her side and took care of her. Lee became sick and passed away in 2016. Cathy and her family had a favorite pastime of going to the mountains and camping. They rode motorcycles and did lots of hiking. Photography was Cathy\'s passion through the years and she took many pictures along the way. She especially loved taking pictures from the first box camera her dad gave her when she was a child. Cathy is preceded in death by her mother Juaneta Henson, first husband Jim Ragan, late husband Lee Streeter, and sister Cindy Henson. She is survived by her father Clifford Henson of Lake Stevens, WA; daughter Stacey Kathleen Ragan of Sheridan, WY; daughter Jennifer LaRae Ragan of Cheyenne, WY; brother Kenneth (Darlene) Henson of Shelton, WA; brother Denny (Renee) Henson of Lake Stevens, WA; niece Becky (Steven) and her daughters Heather, Rachel, Samantha, and Willow of Cumming, GA; nephew Calvin Coleman of GA, her uncles and numerous cousins. “Too many to count but all loved.”Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements.
