Gary Delano Krull, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015, at the age of 70, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth J. and Ruth B. (Minnich) Krull. He is survived by his loving wife Ella (Carroll) of 34 years. They were married in Sheridan, WY on August 15, 1981. He is also survived by his children, Randy Ratliff, of Faribault, MN, and Jenilyn (Todd) Ratliff Engebretson, and his two grandsons, Owen and Riley Engebretson, of Morristown, MN.Gary is lovingly remembered by his sister Charlene Krull Krenzke of Chatfield, MN, and his nieces Carrie (Joey) Sanvick of Hayfield, MN, Carmen (Brent) Berge of Chatfield, MN, his nephew Curt (Britany) Krenzke of San Antonio, TX, and 8 great-nieces and nephews; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.Gary was born in Spring Valley, Minnesota on May 22, 1945. He graduated from Chosen Valley High School in Chatfield, MN in 1963, before serving in the United States Air Force as a Russian Language Interpreter Specialist, after which, going on to earn a degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota.Gary\'s passion was fishing. His loves were his family, writing of fishing and hunting adventures, playing his guitar and singing, and enjoying the outdoors. His zest for life and happiness greeted every person he met, and his sense of humor was one of his most loved attributes.There will be no formal services at Gary\'s request.
