View Service Folder | Click for Video Tribute Lorraine (Kiedrowski) Raether, 88, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at the Green House Living of Sheridan.Lorraine was born in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on March 23, 1926, to Martha Ludwiczak and William (Hoppie) Kiedrowski. She attended St. Mary\'s Catholic Grade School and graduated from South Milwaukee High School in 1944. She married Fred Raether in Wisconsin on June 28, 1947. They moved to Sheridan in 1998 and celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2012. She has resided at the Green House Living for the past year and a half.Lorraine was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and doing crafts. She especially loved spending time with her family.Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her children; Tim (Mickey) Raether of Casper, WY, Donna (Robert) Fryer, of Sheridan, WY, Chris (Jim) Fossum of Harvest, AL, William (Bill) Raether of New Berlin, WI, and her sister, Shirley (Bob) Erickson of South Milwaukee, WI. Also, six grandchildren; Marti Hanson and Tina Raether both of Colorado, Chaplain James (Damaris) Fryer of Waianae, HI, Lori (Paul) Dickinson of Sheridan, WY, Capt. Adam (Kim) Fossum of Baltimore, MD, and Staci Fossum of Sheridan, WY. Eight great grandchildren; Rhett Hanson, Sophia, Joshua, Jacob, Priscilla, and Abraham Fryer. Isabella and Henry Dickinson, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 19, 2014, at Kane Funeral Home with Father Brian Hess officiating.Memorials to honor Lorraine can be made to Camp Bethel, US 14, Dayton, WY, 82836, or to the Wyo Theater, 42 N.
