
Marjorie "Marge" A. Kraft

Marjorie A. (Marge) Kraft born November 3, 1933 in Neenah, Wisconsin to Leo Carl Giese and Genevieve Horkman Giese, peacefully passed away at Westview Health Care Center in Sheridan on May 7, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Marge graduated from Neenah High School in 1951 and then continued on to nursing school in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduating, she returned home to Neenah to begin her nursing career at Theda Clark Hospital.
In 1955, Marge met Richard (Dick) Kraft at a popular gathering place in Appleton, Wisconsin. After a year plus long courtship, Marge and Dick married on October 20,
1956 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish in Menasha, Wisconsin. After the birth of their daughter Debbie, the new couple uprooted to find their new home in Sheridan, Wyoming in 1958, where they have lived ever since. Marge worked first and foremost, as a mother and for many years helped to run the family business, Kraft’s Fine Jewelry. Marge loved golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents Leo Carl Giese and Genevieve Horkman Giese, along with brothers and sister-in-law, , John L. “Jack” Giese, Carlton H. (Mardelle) Giese, and William R. Giese Ford.
Marge is survived by her husband Dick of 68 years, children, Debbie (Tony) Ray of Boise, Idaho; Steve (Echo) Kraft of Sheridan, Linda (Curt) Pinder of Cheyenne, Tom (Susan) Kraft of Sheridan, Dan Kraft of Castle Rock, Colorado., sister-in-laws Julianne Giese, Mary Ford, and Joan Rausch. Marge was also blessed with 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, along with countless nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank everyone at Westview for the wonderful loving care they provided over the last 7 months.
A private family service will be held at a future date, whereafter her ashes will be placed in the Horkman/Giese Family plot at Saint Margarets Cemetery in Neenah, Wisconsin.
