Mary Immacolata Pine, 94, peacefully returned home to the Lord surrounded by loving family on March 22, 2018 at the Founder’s Cottage Green House Living where she has resided for the past four and a half years.  Mary was born in Kleenburn, WY to Domenico and Pasqualina Mancini, on May 23, 1923. Mary attended schools in Kleenburn and Sheridan. She worked at the Monarch Coal Company Office.  On August 24, 1947 she married Julius W. Pine at Holy Name Church in Sheridan, WY. The newlyweds moved to Oakland, CA where they had three children before returning to Sheridan in 1956 to go into partnership at Bino’s Grocery. Mary was a dedicated stay at home mom who was very active in her family’s activities, but she also worked over 35 years at the family store. Mary along with her family loved and looked forward to their yearly vacations where countless adventures and precious memories were made. Mary loved to attend musical shows, dances and almost any event. She was always looking for places to go and things to do. Family and Faith were the cornerstones of Mary’s life. Mary was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, the Big Horn Mountain Polka Club and she enjoyed volunteering at the WYO Theater. Mary was preceded in death by her Parents, Domenico and Pasqualina, her husband, Julius, her brother Albino Mancini and her sister Nora Gazdik. She is survived by her three children, Julius Pine Jr. (Lois) of Laramie, WY, John Pine of Sheridan, Cathleen Tucker (George) of Casper, WY: her five grandchildren, Margaret Pine, Julius Pine III, Lawrence Pine, Jennifer Tucker and Andrea Tucker: and three great-grandchildren Adrian Gillen, Kaysen Reilly-Pine and Davin Reilly-Pine and numerous nieces and nephews.The family would like to extend special thanks for the loving care Mary and her family received from all the staff at the Green House Living of Sheridan.A Visitation will be held at 6:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 on Tuesday, March, 27, 2018 at Kane Funeral Home with Father Glenn Whewell officiating. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Glenn Whewell officiating. A Reception will follow immediately in the Parish Hall. Interment will be held in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery following the reception. Memorials may be made in Mary’s name to Holy Name School, 260 East Loucks, Sheridan, WY 82801 and the Green House Living activity fund 2311 Shirley Cove, Sheridan, WY 82801.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
