Patsy Hinman passed away Wednesday November 27 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.Patricia Tully was born April 21, 1949 in Rawlins to Joseph and Mary (Kane) Tully. Patsy graduated from Rawlins High School in 1967. Patsy was last employed by WyoVision as their insurance bulldog!!!Patsy is survived by her daughters Colleen (Michael) Butler, Maureen (Jason) Neville, Alyson Hinman and her husband Jonathan Fugitt, son Eric Hinman. Grandchildren Molly, Nora, Monica, Cooper and Kasey. She is also survived by two brothers, Joe Tully and wife Wava, Tom Tully and wife Diane. And lets not forget her BFF\'s...Linda, Jeannie, Diana and Judy.Patsy was a loyal friend, and a drywall extraordinaire.She kept a well manicured yard, not necessarily enjoying yard work, and was a lover of Pinochle, racketball and bacon!!!Memorials to honor Patsy may be made to the Welch Cancer Center, Sheridan Memorial Hospital Foundation at P.O. Box 391, Sheridan, WY 82801.A Celebration of Life for Patsy will be held next Spring.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
