Richard Starkey, was born March 2, 1970 in Victorville CA and passed away quietly in his sleep Thursday July 15,2021. He had 3 brothers, Timothy, Shawn and Robin.

Richard was an avid fisherman and hunter and always had his trusted companion Tymbur by his side. He was a plumber all his adult life and recently started his own business with best friend Eric.

He had 1 son, Zackary age 30 in Denver CO.

He left behind his parents Glenn Starkey and step mother Jeanette of Broomfield CO and mother Becky Evens and step father Arthur of Little Elm TX.   He also left behind a loving aunt, Linda Dyer … from Frisco TX.

He left behind step sisters Debbie Taylor, Lori Jacobson and Cheri Libbert. Nephews and nieces Alyssa, Andrew, Evan, Haley, Kody, Olivia and Tiffany all of north Texas.

He will be cremated and his remains scattered in Wyoming … the land he loved.
