Robert B. Morris, 78, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 16, 1936, in Chinook, MT, to parents George and Cora (Powell) Morris.Bob enjoyed family, music, cars, travel, reading westerns and was a friend to everyone. He proudly served in the Marine Corps and was a member of the Marine Corps League and Holy Name Catholic Church.Bob was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Edith (Johnson) Morris, brother, Medrick and sister, Kay. He is survived by children; Lorean (Bill) Knapp of Frenchtown, MT, Daniel (Donna) Morris of Laurel, MT, Roberta Morris of Billings, MT, Richard (Stacey) Morris of Sheridan, WY, Reuben (Maria) Morris of Dayton, WY, Michelle (Justin) Hoyt of Albany, OR, siblings; Ben (Norma) Morris of Phoenix, AZ, Oral (Pat) Block of Tehachapi, CA, Iris (Bud) Heipler of Wilmar, MN, grandchildren;Elijah, Benny, Luke, Willie, Natalie, Cordel, Channel, Reuben, Kayla, Cory, Daniel, Matthew, Breanna, Brent, Avery, Ashton, Isiah, Dartagnan, Aaron, three great-grandchildren; Logan, Hannah, Olivia and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.A Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Michael Ehiemere officiating.
