Ruth Falk, 79, of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away on October 3, 2026 at her home.

Born in Denver, Colorado, to Frederick and Elizabeth Falk, Ruth grew up and lived in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving to Sheridan in 2018.

Ruth worked as a nurse for more than 30 years before retiring. She was a hard worker who showed up for others. Where there was a need, she filled it.

An avid reader, Ruth also enjoyed crocheting during her night shifts at the hospital. Her family still has the blankets to prove it, lasting reminders of the time and care she put into her work.

Love was not always easy for Ruth to give or receive, but she kept trying, often expressing her care by helping others. She loved her grandchildren.

Ruth is survived by her children, Malcolm Hernandez III and Suzanne Kulvinskas, and Suzanne’s husband, Erik Kulvinskas; her grandchildren, Stasys Kulvinskas, Chrysyn Kulvinskas, Lilia Erladson, Shaheen Esmaeili, Yasmin Esmaeili; and her siblings, Mary Gawron, Helen Tyler, Thom Falk, and Margaret Gifford. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Falk and her grandson Shohab Esmaeili.
