Virginio “Keno” Rosalez, 75, died November 6, 2013, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.Keno was born in Corpus Christi, TX, on May 21, 1938, to Silberio and Andrea (Faustre) Rosalez. Keno met Ernestine “Tina” Gonzales in Basin WY, and married her in October, 1959. They moved to Sheridan in 1969 to raise their family. Keno worked as a butcher for years for Sheridan Meat Company. He was a long time dart ball player, a football and sports fan and liked hunting and fishing, spending time with his family and playing with his grandkids. Keno was a member of the Eagles and the Big Horn Mountain Eagles.Keno was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a brother, Silberio Rosalez, Jr. He is survived by his children; Henry “Hank” Rosalez, Missoula, MT; Rudy Rosalez, Sheridan, WY; Sylvia Barclay, Everett, WA; Randy Rosalez, Casper, WY; Mario Rosalez, Rawlins, WY; and Rita Ann Bradley, Spokane, WA. He is also survived by his siblings, Epfania Garcia, Maria Chavez, DaMonte Pierson and Jessie Rosalez all of Sheridan and Rosa Rodriguez of Sinton, TX. He is survived by ten grandchildren; Serrita Allen, Starlita Dobbins, Allysa Rosalez, Christina Rosalez, Thomas Tobacco, Tannus Trumbull, Elizabeth Rosalez, Allen Rosalez, Morgan Rosalez, and Rebecca Barclay-Jacobo and eight great-grandchildren; Kevryck Dobbins, Gracie Allen, Hunter Rosalez, Elias Rosalez, Nathan Tobacco, Quinten Rosalez, Dominick Rosalez, and Malakai Jacobo. He is also survived by his significant other of 30 years, Bonnie McPherson and her children, Sonya and Michael McPherson.A visitation for Keno Rosalez will be 6 pm, Monday, November 11, 2013, and a Rosary Service at 7 pm at Kane Funeral Home. Services for Keno Rosalez will be 11:00 am,Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Kane Funeral Home with Father Ron Stolcis officiating.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
