Clifford E. Sayer passed away on September 1 st , 2026, at the age of sixty-six. He was born to Carl and Joy Sayer in Sheridan, Wyoming on January 31 st , 1960.

Cliff grew up in the hard working, hard playing Wyoming way. His life centered around his family, work, and good times. Cliff was best known for his rebellious nature and creativity. Cliff’s early years were spent working at the family sawmill and drilling wells with his father. Later he was instrumental in helping his brother Brett establish SSR Construction. He retired from SSR Construction in 2023. He spent his free time enjoying his Harley and riding horses, driving, and building classic cars. Most of all Cliff love spending time with family, especially his kids, and grandkids.

He leaves behind his wife Lisa of 27 years; children Amanda Moore, Vanessa Curtis, Jeremiah Young and Jeffrey Morgan, all of Sheridan, WY; father, Carl Sayer of Sheridan, WY; brothers, Brett Sayer (Annetta) of Sheridan, Shawn Sayer (Jamie) of Buffalo, WY, and sister Glenda Rasmussen of Sioux Falls SD; Thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Joy Foldenauer, his daughter, Natasha Sharp and his uncle, Dusty Weaver.

Clifford’s values of hard work, hard play and hard love will be carried on through his family and all who loved him. He will be greatly missed.

Cliff requested no service. A family celebration of life will be held later.
