Virginia “Ginny” Lee Price, 80, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at her residence. She was born on June 25, 1936, in Wichita, KS, to parents Hadley John Paul and Dora (Eickhoff) Steffens. Ginny married Dean Price in Independence, KS, on December 21, 1957.                                         Ginny was a school teacher in Kansas and Colorado as well as a homemaker. She was an exceptional seamstress and cook. She loved traveling and genealogical research.Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by her husband, Dean, children, Michael (Dorothy) Price of Dayton, WY, Mark (Sherri) Price of Fort Smith, AR, Jeff (Regan) Price, of Sheridan, WY, sisters, Ruth Ann and Paul Parker of Solano Beach, CA, Dorothy Dalton of CA, brother in law, James (Beverly) Price of Colorado Springs, CO, sister in law, Virginia Gunn of Sheridan, WY, sister in law, Carol Joy Wood of Indio, CA, sister in law, Joy Price of Roseburg, OR, two grandchildren, Thomas Dean Price and Robert Austin Price.Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 15, 2016, at Kane Funeral Home with Reverend James Price officiating.Memorials to honor Ginny may be made to Hospice of the Big Horns, P.O.
