Lawrence “Larry” Pitet of Sheridan, WY passed away on September 8th, 2021.

He was born in Yankton, SD on April 14th, 1935 to parents Marcel and Monica Pitet. Larry graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Larry was a dedicated employee of Aetna for 35 years at their San Francisco office. His interests included his children, politics, golf, crosswords, writing editorials in local newspapers, and his faith.

Larry is survived by his children Lauren Canevaro; and Christopher Pitet, Carrie Pitet- Maechler and grandchildren Preston Canevaro; and Landon Canevaro; Lucas Pitet, Ella Pitet and Alexa Maechler who he loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 1:00pm Kane Funeral Home. Interment will follow with a cookie reception in the Kane Funeral Home Reception Hall.

Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
