About:

Suzanne Marie Bohm (Weddle), 71, of Sheridan, WY, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2026, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family.

Sue was born September 27, 1955, in Joliet, Illinois, to Norman and Annamae Weddle. She spent her early years in Bensenville and later Streamwood, Illinois, where she graduated high school. In 1975, she made her way to Sheridan, Wyoming, where she would build her life, meet the love of her life, William Bohm, and marry him in 1982.

Sue had a caring heart for others, which she shared through her work. After a short time at Sheridan Manor, she joined Sheridan Memorial Hospital, where she faithfully served for forty and a half years before retiring in August 2020.

At home, Sue found joy in the simple things she loved most — playing Zelda, coloring beautiful mandalas, and curling up to watch her favorite shows, classic Game shows and NCIS and The Bachelor.

She treasured time with friends and family, but nothing lit up her face, quite like time with her grandchildren and baking sweet treats together in the kitchen. Those moments were her happiest. To know Sue was to love her. She was a simple, gentle-hearted woman with a quiet kindness that made everyone feel welcome and loved. She lived a truly joyous life, and her love will live on in all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, William Bohm; her two sons, Bryon (Ashleigh) Bohm, Jason (Tab) Bohm; six cherished grandchildren, Jada, Stella, Colter, Priscilla, and Emilia, children of Bryon, and Shai Bohm, child of Jason; her aunt, Marian Wulffe; her two brothers, Jim and Terry Weddle; two nephews and a niece; several great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Annamae Weddle, and her sister, Marylou Stroud (Weddle).

A funeral service to celebrate Sue's life will be held on November 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Champion Kane Funeral Home.
