Ruby Anne LigockiTiny and Mighty Child of GodSeptember 10, 2018 – November 30, 2018Ruby Anne Ligocki, 2 months 21 days old, was called into the Lord’s arms on Friday November 30, 2018 at Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado. Ruby was born September 10, 2018 to Merle and Amy Ligocki of Sheridan and was baptized on September 12, 2018. Ruby spent 82 days in the neonatal intensive care unit in Aurora where she continually displayed her incredible lust for life as she overcame her many health obstacles. Throughout her struggles, her spirit stayed strong but, unfortunately her sinful body could not follow. Ruby’s life brought inspiration to her parents, her care team, and all those who knew her as she conquered many joyful milestones. She now leaves behind true life lessons in faith, love, strength and resilience. Truly, these gifts will be pondered and shared by all who are left behind until victory is found in joining her within heaven’s embrace.Ruby is preceded in death by her great-grandparents: John and Pauline Mudroch; Fred and Velma Mehlhaff; Joe and Mary Ligocki; Richard and Fay Vollbrecht and her Aunt Sarah Ann Mehlhaff.She is survived by her parents Merle and Amy Ligocki, Uncles and Aunts: Dustin and Anna Gusse, Loren and Val Ligocki, and Jay and Ami Ligocki; Cousins: Parker Gusse, Jackson Ligocki, Hamzah Aw and Nailah Ligocki; Grandparents: Phil and Diane Mehlhaff and Robert and Joan Ligocki.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on December 7, 2018 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheridan, Wyoming with Pastor Paul Cain officiating. Reception will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
