Sharon Emma Boyd, 75 passed away peacefully September 11, 2018 at home with her husband and family at her side, with her very strong faith and love of God. Undoubtedly rejoicing in the Kingdom of Heaven, free of pain and suffering being reunited with love ones for eternity.Born April 26, 1943 in Columbus, MT as the eighth of ten daughters born to Milton and Agnes (Nelson)Enger. The family mover to Livingston and later to Helena in 1958 graduating from Helena High School (Honors Society) in 1961 where she was known as the cheerful ticket lady at the Sunset Outdoor Movie Theater.In 1964 Sharon married Alan Griffiths and through that union came 3 cherished children: Bradley Michael in 1964, Cari Ann in 1966 and Tracy Ellen in 1967. Years later they divorced and she married Phillips Lee “Joe” Boyd and moved her Real Estate business to Billings.Sharon and Joe enjoyed many memories photographing wildlife, RVing, 4 wheeling and enjoying a shared cabin in the Big Horn Mountains and the Bear Paw retreat south of Columbus. She loved to bake and cook large family dinners. Wiring and plumbing issues were always tackled and completed before “Ole Rheumatoid Arthritis” became a 24-hour part of her life. She never complained and always had a loving smile and heartening presence anchored by her knowledge of the Holy Bible.She was a Realtor for 30 plus years in Helena, Bozeman and Broker owner of Team Boyd Realtors in Billings, which Ron Boyd operates today. He greatest joy came from helping both buyers and sellers have a smooth closing. Sharon was known as “The Angel with and Angle”. She received the MT Board of Housing award for assisting the most first-time home buyers. Also received The Salesperson of the Year by the Billings Association of Realtors in 1998 and many RE/MAX production awards.Sharon is survived by her husband; P.L. “Joe” Boyd: sister Doris (Greg) Van Voast of Helena; daughters Cari (Scott) Hutchison and Tracy (Sean) Banks; step-sons Ron (Karen) Boyd, Gary (Carol) Boyd and Gordon (Karen) Boyd. Grandchildren Emily and Jessica Griffiths, Tara and Jena Morehouse, Ales Broxton, Jadon and Duncan Banks; great grandchildren: Devin Thompson; Tristan, Jamie and Kaylee Morehouse.Grandchildren Deanna, Devin Boyd; Blake, Ian, Seth, Rachel Boyd; Cassie (Cody) Coffin. Great grandchildren Gracie and Rogan Coffin; special friend Julie Mattick along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Milton and Agnes Enger; son Bradley Griffiths; sisters Lorraine Cowie, Mildred Funk, Betty Davis, Gerry Copeland, Pat Joseph, Shirley Enger, Carol Martin and Margie Seidle: father and mother-in-law J.P. “Sonny” and Ina Mae BoydMemorial services will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Smith Funeral Chapel 925 S. 27th St, Billings, Montana. Burial at the Elk Cemetery Sheridan, Wyoming, Monday, September 24, at 11:00 a.m.A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 24, 2018, in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery with a reception to follow in the Kane Reception Hall.Special thank you to the Stillwater Hospice for their caring and professional staff.
