Walter Cichonski, 94, passed away on Firday, October 26, 2018. Walter was born on September 20, 1924 in Wyarno, WY to parents Konstanty and Martha (Kosine) Cichonski.Walter married Ida Washut, his longtime friend, companion and love on December 15, 1951. They were married 62 years and had renewed their vows in 2010.Walter lived in the times of the coal mine where he worked different jobs. After marriage he was a truck driver, carpenter and raised four children. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking,fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Eagles.Walter is preceded in death by his wife, parents, and four siblings. He is survived by his children, Delores Lundy of Richland, WA, Marce Staudinger of Sheridan, WY, Janice Cichonski (LouisMurphy) of Sheridan, WY, and Jack Cichonski of Ft Dodge, KS, his half-sisters, Marian of Tacoma, WA, Rose (Claude) of Mesa AZ his grandchildren, Kristen Peterson and AmandaCichonski, and great grandkids, Tyler Peterson, Jake Peterson, Alex Cichonski, Toby Cichonski and Beth Cichonski.Per his request, no services will be held.
